This grand Nissen hut, at Marshmeadows on the eastern side of New Ross, is the sort of food venture that does your heart good. Step up into the door, and you are confronted by local foods from local producers being sold to local folk, and everywhere you look there are happy polaroids of happy producers. Jimmy Ryan runs the show with unflappable charm, and don’t miss it.
