Silke Cropp is not just a pioneer cheesemaker, her goat’s milk Corleggy and cow’s milk Drumlon cheeses valued by food lovers the length and breadth of the country, she is also a pioneer marketeer, for weekends will see her at the Temple Bar, Dublin Food Co-Op and Brook Lodge Inn markets in Dublin and Wicklow.
