Janet’s Country Fayre

Of the many outstanding relishes made and sold in Ireland, the one that disappears fastest in our house is Janet’s Country Fayre’s sweet pepper relish, an awesomely irresistible food.

You may be unaware of it simply because Ms Drew makes her relishes to be sold under shop labels – so in the Gallic Kitchen they are Gallic Kitchen relishes, in Manning’s Emporium they are Manning’s Emporium relishes, and so on.
