There are no fewer than nine Cleary brothers, all involved in the business, all working out of the old Tullamore Dairies which was established by their father.

Their visionary venture just goes from strength to strength, making them vital pioneers in bringing organics into the mainstream, where it belongs, where it works to raise standards and create an alternative consciousness. And, of course, to create pleasure, the sheer pleasure which these conscientiously produced, visionary foods give us.
