Rudds Bacon
Andrew Rudd is one of the second-generation artisans working in Ireland whose youthful energies have given ever-greater dynamism to a model family food company. Rudds bacon and sausages were first produced by dad David and mum Pru, before the younger generation took over.
Now operating out of a state-of-the-art factory, Rudds produce superb pork products, which have their own idiosyncracies the sausages and puddings are quite unlike anything else produced today and yet which manage to work successfully in the mainstream.
