Cheese Etc

Down in Carrick-on-Shannon, Trevor Irvine did a very maverick thing in establishing Cheese Etc in the town, for who would have thought a specialist cheese shop would prosper in a small town. But prosper it has, and Mr Irvine now also masterminds Caís Cairdiúil, the Irish Fine Cheese and Wine Society, established with Cavan cheesemaker Silke Cropp.

They have offers, organise dinners, and any food lover in the region really should be part of this maverick little group.
