Burren Smoke House

Whilst you can order Peter Curtin’s superb smoked fish through the internet, there is still nothing nicer than turning up at the Burren Smokehouse in Lisdoonvarna to buy his wonderful smoked mackerel and the relatively new smoked organic salmon.

This is a place of pilgrimage for food lovers, and the overall consistency and style of Mr Curtin’s fish is only brilliant.
