Now in a fine new premises on Castle Street, which allows them more room for making lunchtime food, and to display vegetables and herbs, they remain the most vital address in town for the very best artisan cheeses and foods.

Do look out for the new things that make their way here: last time we were in it was a new cheddar-style cheese being made by an Australian lady somewhere in County Clare. Unmissable.
