The kitchen in Ghan isn’t just rockin’, it is positively smokin’ right now. But great cooking is only one element of Ghan House, as this mail from our girl in N.Y., Aoife, shows: “Did I tell you that as a treat my sisters and I sent my parents to Ghan House in Carlingford.
