JYOGIBHAT (SAGE'S RICE)

Jyogi is a Nepali term for Sages. Their bhat (rice) normally consists of cooking their daily collections of the day, mixed together in one pot. Spinach would also be included in the cooking. This would be the Nepali version of Biriyani. Servad with side dish of vegetable curry. Vegetable €13 Chicken €15 Lamb €17.50 King prawn €19.
