Liz and John are back. Yes, for all those who have been waiting for Liz Mee and John Hayes, the original creators of Temple Bar's Elephant & Castle, to get back into the restaurant ring, the waiting is over. Frank's Bar and Restaurant, an elegant and clubby room at the bridge on Grand Canal Street, just off Pearse Street, is up and running, and the couple's trademark simple, soulful food is back in the big smoke.
