Alden's Christmas Menu
Chef Cath Gradwell and her team at Belfast's stellar Alden's restaurant always concoct very special and very imaginative Christmas menus, and 2000 is no exception: chestnut soups; butternut squash risottos; duck breasts with mustard mash; escalope of turkey with cranberry tatin; caramelised clementine meringue; chocolate truffle cake with coffee sauce.
This is one of the hottest restaurant addresses in Ireland right now, and not only is the food superb, but Jonathan Davis' service and the sounds are super cool.
