Accutec Graters

Cuisipro Graters

Grated Courgette with Thumb shavings

Don't read this if you are even slightly squeamish!

There is a new range of Cuisipro graters, called Accutec. The blades of these graters are razor-sharp. Read that again: razor-sharp. And boy! Do they mean it. First time we used one, we grated some courgette.

And, unbeknownst to ourselves, we added in some grated thumb. Shavings of thumb! And we didn't feel a thing! Not a thing!

The Accutec 2-way grater has to be used to be believed. The old Cuisipro graters were fabulous, but these are out of this world. But, approach with caution, for let's be honest: thumb shavings aren't really necessary in your courgette soufflé.

There are 6 graters and shavers in the Accutec range, available from good kitchen shops.
