We just wanted to say you that your Bridgestone food guide is excellent! Thanks to it we slowly but surely find all the good food sources we miss when we are in Ireland. The organic movement seems at last growing in Ireland too.

*Thanks Claudia and Urs, the organic movement grows slowly but strongly, but its victory over conventional farming is assured because it is morally stronger!

And here's a prediction, while we're at it: in 20 years time, anyone practising conventional farming will be prosecuted for environmental damage. Here's hoping!
