Attaboy Athboy Boy!

geese

Congratulations to Richard Corrigan, Meath-born chef at Londonšs superb restaurant, Lindsay House, who grabbed the award for Outstanding London Chef in the recent Moet et Chandon London restaurant Awards.
Corrigan has been the London media's darling chef ever since he opened Lindsay House in mid-1997, and his cooking is a pure thrill: absolutely gutsy and elemental, yet somehow executed with a daring finesse. A couple of meals eaten in Lindsay House recently show a cook who has a style absolutely all his own. Corrigan began cooking in his native Athboy aged only 14, so he already has a couple of decades experience under his belt, and he now seems to be absolutely in his prime. No visit to London is complete without a meal at Lindsay House. Richard Corrigan at Lindsay House, 21 Romilly Street, London W1 Tel: 020 7439 0450
