The Bridgestone Food Lover's Guides Update

Stay Tuned

- Con Roche has moved from Arrabrook, in Newcastle West in County Limerick, and a Dublin venture may be in the offing for this talented restaurateur. Big loss to Newcastle West, however.

- Dish, Trevor Browne and Gerard Foote's brilliant Temple Bar restaurant, will be moving to the former Senor Sassi's building, opposite O'Brien's pub on Lower Leeson Street, with effect from mid-November. The Dish telephone number will operate initially 671 1248 and this is a hugely exciting move for one of the pivotal Dublin restaurants.

- That ace food pub in Midleton? It's O'Donovan's, at the lower end of the main street. Seriously good cooking, at wondrously low prices: do not miss it.

- Dunville Avenue in Ranelagh has gone celestial, and changed its name to Elysium: the telephone number remains the same at 496 8181.
