Chefs! Had enough of restaurant late nights and would love to work day-time, 5 days a week? Well, Sean Calder-Potts of the Iago Food Company in Cork is looking for an experienced chef who is either a traiteur or chef de cuisine to fit-out a premises with a view to eventually becoming manager of everything except the retail and front of house elements of the business.
Salary and status would depend on ability etc, and are negotiable. The establishment in question is an old fish and chip shop on the Green in Blackrock Harbour. It is about 1000 square feet on each of the two levels with room for extending the ground floor. There is loads of parking and the catchment area is huge and growing.
