We know someone who knows someone who is looking for an entrepreneurial chef who'd be passionate about creating and making pies, starting in London, with the idea of expanding further. Do you know anyone who's looking for this kind of challenge/who fits the description below?

Responsibilities

1. making the pies to quality and quantity agreed

2. keeping costs to agreed figures

3. employing/supervising of necessary kitchen staff

4. sourcing competitive quality suppliers

5. input into new types of pies and new ideas etc

Skills/Characteristics required

1. Makes great pies (and love pies)

2. Has experience of large scale catering/running a kitchen and knowledge of applicable food and hygiene regulations.

3 Reliable and responsible

4. Drive, energy and initiative - (able to work unsupervised) - and a good problem solver.

5. Good people skills and able to work as part of a team

6. Keen to work in small new business and all that it entails (hard work, long hours) ­ possibility of profit related bonus and company share for right person
