A little bit of Porky Perfection

Porky Perfect

The Associated Craft Butcher's of Ireland have just launched a competition to find the best sausage in Ireland. This is a subject dear to our heart we have whole section on it in the new Bridgestone Shopper's Guide and when we were in Mayo recently we had a chance to once again check out Kelly's butcher's shop in Newport.

Now, does Dominick Kelly make the best pork sausage in Ireland, or what? These are awesome bangers, each little cylinder a tribute to good meat and fantastic craftsmanship. We had to ration our children's consumption of them to ensure some would be left for ourselves. Kelly's sausages are a little bit of perfection, and worth the trip all the way out West.
