Gluten Free Sausages

A meeting of the Coeliac Society in Cork were recently treated to a tasting of the splendid Caherbeg Free-Range pork sausages ­ Gluten Free.

On receipt of enough orders Willie and Avril will make up these sausages, and customers will be able to call and collect on the same day they're made, and thereafter frozen. There are still some frozen sausages available to buy.

Other Caherbeg Free Range products still available (frozen) are pork loin chops, bonned and rolled loin, leg, boned & rolled leg, mince, and for those who can eat them, Caherbeg Traditional Sausages, and Pork'n'Onion Sausages. They also have Rosscarbery Recipes Dry Cure Rashers, bacon pieces, loin joints and bacon mince in the fridge.
