It's the kind of specialist, domestic-style bakery that used to be a fixture of every town in Ireland, but which has largely disappeared. Happily, Sugar & Spice is still with us, vibrant as ever, a vital part of the town, providing a modest, polite, assured service for its devoted customers from breakfast 'til lunchtime, for afternoon tea and morning coffee, with special cakes and bakes to take away and make your life better.
